** “Regular Dance Classes” means dance classes other than Master Classes, Intensives, Musical Theater, Acro, Pointe, Private Lessons and Summer Sessions. The monthly Maximum Tuition does not apply to these other classes (each of which will have separate tuition schedules).


  • Monthly Due Dates -- The first month’s payment is due at registration. Subsequent tuition will be due on the 1st of every month.
  • Payment Methods -- We accept cash, checks, credit cards (VISA & MasterCard). For most of our customers, we maintain their credit card account information in our systems and process the monthly charges automatically - the dance class registration form includes a section where you can provide the required information and signature to enable automatic monthly payments. You may also pay at the office with cash, check or credit card. In all cases, we do require a credit card and your pre-authorization for use in the event that we do not receive your monthly payment by the applicable due date.
  • For any payments made by check: (i) post dated checks are not permitted; and (ii) a $25.00 return fee will be charged for any returned checks.
  • Late Charge -- Accounts outstanding past the due date will be assessed a $5.00 late charge.

Additional Information

  • Tuition is non-refundable - unless there is a valid medical reason for withdrawal.
  • Written Notification is required if student terminates dance classes.
  • Nine Calendar Months - Our regular school year calendar is based on a 9 calendar month school year (September thru May). Each class has a total of 35 sessions per year (classes are not based on 4 classes per month).
  • Missed Classes / Make Ups - Any sessions missed due to illness or inclement weather can be made up. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes/sessions.
